The Party!

Tim and I had a wonderful time with all of our friend and family at or party! A big thanks to my Danielle, Heather and Cheralyn for taking such good care of me!! I love you ladies!! I could not have had such a wonderful time without you!
It was so wonderful to have all of our family there too: Tim's Aunts and Uncles from Washington, so glad they were able to make it! My Aunt ad Uncle all the way from North Carolina- what a treat AND my Auntie SURPRISING me from Arizona!

The "I'm not a lost camera, please use me" idea was a riot- here is the proof.

This really was the best party ever- it's going to be tough to beat wen we have or anniversary party!!!

26 days left!!!

WOW only 26 days left until the BIG day!! It's so fun planning a party- it's a bit strange that we plan parties for a living in our normal jobs and yet it has been a little difficult planning our own! We are definitely having great food, awesome wines, good music and loads of fun- I have started to relax and just let this unfold.

Hopefully everyone that needs one has called the Geyserville Inn or the Hope-Merrili house for reservations.  April is generally a slower time in Wine Country, although, one never knows with this fantastic weather lately- it could be packed and busy here, so book now!

We are looking forward to sharing a fun evening with all of our family and friends!

Research

It has been fun the last couple of weeks doing research for our guests and the big event! Even though we do live here and lavish in the goods that Sonoma County has to offer; it has been fun trying new beers, bubbles and staying at some of the B & B's. 

We are planning an exciting event for all of our family to come out and spend time with us. The next step is planning the music list and picking a photographer! 
  

We had a surprise wedding at our Christmas Dinner!!

On Christmas Tim made a beautiful meal for our close family and friends. During dinner he announced that our dear friend Calvin was going to marry us right there!!

We had a beautiful evening filled with laughter and excitement. We even had our very own Santa with a {mock} photo booth!

Christmas 2012 Tim and I said our vows- vows of which our dear friend wrote for us and even referenced our favorite, Phillip Phillips and what has become our song: "Home".
